Kentucky coach John Calipari, Auburn’s Bruce Pearl, UConn’s Dan Hurley, Pitt’s Jeff Capel and UNLV’s Marvin Menzies headline the New Jersey Coaches clinic on April 12 at Roselle Catholic High School.
Calipari has recruited numerous New Jersey stars in recent years, including Karl-Anthony Towns, Isaiah Briscoe, Nick Richards and current Roselle Catholic senior wing Kahlil Whitney.
The 6-foot-7 Whitney is a McDonald’s All-American who plans to sign his NLI May 3 at his Chicago grammar school in order to serve as a role model for children in his hometown.
