More change in Las Vegas
In a downright stunning move, the Las Vegas Raiders announced they have fired general manager Tom Telesco after less than a year on the job.

Telesco’s dismissal came less than 48 hours after Raiders’ owner Mark Davis fired head coach Antonio Pierce. It was widely reported minutes alter that Telesco was safe and return in his role in 2025.
Davis said last month that he would evaluate both Pierce and Telesco separately. he said the reason why was that the two were fired separately. Pierce was hired before Telesco, which is unusual.
But, unlike, with Pierce, Davis sounded like he was leaning to keep Telesco. He praised him for his rookie class, which began with star first-round pick Brock Bowers. He also said reporters should talk to Telesco about the 2025 rookie quarterback class.
But something has changed.
Perhaps this means part-time owner Tom Brady will even have a bigger role than expected and perhaps the Raiders are planning to hire a certain package deal or they are willing to give a head coach bigger power, making Telesco expendable.
This will be the third time in three years the Raiders will be looking for a new coach and general manager.
