Tyrann Mathieu has reportedly made his free agent decision.
According to a report from NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, the Super Bowl-winning defensive back is coming home.
Mathieu, who starred collegiately at LSU, is reportedly going to sign with the New Orleans Saints in free agency.
“The Saints are making a key post-draft addition, as they’re expected to sign All-Pro safety Tyrann Mathieu, sources say. A long-awaited signing that should be finalized in the coming days, the Honey Badger lands in a perfect spot,” he reports.

The Saints have been connected to Mathieu for a while now. According to Rapoport, the move is being finalized on Monday morning.
Mathieu gets to come home and play for his home state NFL team.
