NFL scouts will attend Ohio State’s pro day to get a look at Chris Olave, Garrett Wilson and a few other prospects. And yet, all the talk this Tuesday is about C.J. Stroud.
Even though Stroud will remain the Buckeyes’ starting quarterback for the 2022 season, he’ll get a chance to showcase his skills in front of NFL personnel at the school’s pro day this month.
That’s because Stroud will throw to Olave and Wilson during their wide receiver drills.
This might not seem like a big deal to some people, but the reality is Stroud will get a chance to see what it’s like going through a pro day before his time officially comes.
“Good opportunity for Stroud to build some momentum with NFL scouts,” Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated said. “And he’ll be throwing to a couple first-rounders while he’s at it.”

“My boy said it’s time to get the draft process started,” one fan said. “I’m really proud of how he improved last year. Need the next step this season in those top ranked games.”

Stroud turned a lot of heads during the 2021 season, throwing for 4,435 yards and 44 touchdowns.
If Stroud continues to develop as a passer, he’ll remain an intriguing quarterback prospect.
