Dale Earnhardt Jr. is pretty high on one NASCAR driver heading into the future.
Earnhardt Jr. thinks that Noah Gragson is a cup level talent who can still grow into a pretty good driver. This comes after Gragson spoke to the media and said he hopes teams start to evaluate him based on his current Xfinity results.
“I think he’s a Cup level talent with more room to grow (upside),” Earnhardt Jr. tweeted. “Also brings a lot of personality and marketability. Feel like he’s earned a full-time cup opportunity.”

The NASCAR world agrees with Earnhardt’s take.
I think Noah would be a good fit in the 42 next year.
Maybe the 43 with Elenz if Jones leaves. https://t.co/h8LG3QgCGC

Gragson currently competes full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, but that could change at some point down the line.
He ended up finishing fourth in his most recent race on Saturday in Dover.
