Many Raiders fans pass on idea of trade for Miami wide receiver
The Las Vegas Raiders could use a top-of-the-rotation wide receiver and a there is a top playmaker in the NFL who could possibly become available.
Yes, there have been rumors that the Miami Dolphins could possibly decide to trade the dynamic Hill. The fact that Hill periodically seems to fan the fire of the potential trade talk doesn’t stop the chatter, either.
Yet, it appears, many Raiders fans are not interested in the team trading for Hill. We recently asked our community members if they would want Las Vegas to pursue a Hill trade.
In an overwhelming response, our readers are not in favor of a Raiders-Hill pairing In a poll with nearly 600 votes cast, 77 percent of the voters aren’t in favor of a Hill trade, while 23 percent was in favor of the idea.
I get the majority’s feeling. Yes, Hill is a big-time playmaker, but he is already 31, he has been dealing with some injuries, he’d probably cost a premium draft pick, he’d want a new deal and he has been known to be an off-field distraction at times.
I think the Raiders should let some other team take that risk on and go another route at wide receiver.
