ESPN “NFL Live” host Laura Rutledge had a pretty hilarious moment on Tuesday’s show.
In a segment with Marcus Spears and Robert Griffin III, Rutledge let a “Hey Bighead” fly, but never knew the meaning… until now.
“Example 975 of me embarrassing myself on tv,” the host tweeted along with a clip from the show.

“Marcus, why don’t you ever call me and say hey bighead?” Rutledge asked. “Oh, wow!” Spears replied.
With RGIII adding, “I don’t know if you know what that means…” holding back a grin.
“That’s what you use in a courtship,” Spears continued. “And, uh… you’re married. I’m married…” they all bursted out laughing.
“I thought ‘Bighead’ meant like … ‘Hey, you’re really good at what you do. I want you to come over here and work with me,’” Rutledge explained with an embarrassed expression. “Alright, well, on that note – don’t anybody call me and say ‘Hey Bighead!’”

At the end of the show, the crew even put up the Urban Dictionary definition of the term. And let’s just say Rutledge stood corrected.
Gotta love live television.
