The 2022 NFL Draft is starting to heat up. Over the past hour, a plethora of blockbuster trades have already been finalized.
It all started with the Saints trading a trio of picks to the Commanders so they can select Ohio State wide receiver Chris Olave. He should form a nice duo with Michael Thomas.
The Commanders, meanwhile, will now have to wait until pick No. 16 to make their first selection.
The #Saints trade up to No. 11 (giving up pick 16, 98 and 120) and select #OSU WR Chris Olave. They get their weapon alongside Michael Thomas.

Shortly after that trade went down, the Lions traded picks No. 32, 34 and 66 to the Vikings for pick No. 12 and 46. They then used the 12th pick on Alabama wide receiver Jameson Williams.
Williams is arguably the best wideout in this year’s class, but he’s currently recovering from a torn ACL.
