Odell Beckham Jr. caused a major stir in the NFL world with a tweet about Deebo Samuel on Saturday.
The NFL veteran took to Twitter and reported the New England Patriots had acquired Samuel in a blockbuster trade with the 49ers.

For about two minutes, the NFL world went into shock. But OBJ’s tweet was quickly refuted by several well-known NFL insiders, including Ian Rapoport.

It was then Deebo’s turn to chime in. He called Beckham “bored” for posting the fake report.
At this point bruh bored

Then on Saturday night, Beckham apologized for spreading misinformation and causing Samuel a major headache.
“To Twitter world ! I’m so sorrry [crying emojis] I love @19problemz and giving him hell problem causing more problems! I can’t help it ! Deeebo news gon break on its own.”

We’re not really sure what Beckham’s motive was with his original tweet. Maybe he’s just trolling us all. Perhaps Deebo’s in on it.
Regardless, it was pretty irresponsible to post a false update on Samuel and his situation.
The San Francisco 49ers wide receiver-running back hybrid has reportedly requested a trade. The NFC West franchise, however, has yet to make a move and intends to keep him.
