Lots of key defenders are free agents in 2025
In recent years, the Las Vegas Raisers haven’t had a high-quality free agents.
Yet, that is not the case this year, especially on the defensive side of the ball. The Raiders have several quality free agents they year.
Yes, they have plenty of salary-cap room (they are projected to have more than than $92 million, the second most in the NFL) and with defensive coordinator Patrick Graham returning, the Raiders will likely bring back, or be in position to keep, several of their free agents.
But the reality is, not all free agents can be kept for various reasons.
Here are the Raiders’ top prospective free agents on defense: Linebackers Robert Spillane and Divine Deablo, safeties Tre’von Moehrig and Marcus Epps, pass-rushers Malcolm Koonce and K’Lavon Chaisson, cornerback Nate Hobbs and defensive tackles Adam Butler and John Jenkins.
There are some fine players on this list. if you could choose one for the Raiders to prioritize, who would it be?
