
New Las Vegas quarterback was tied for the best accuracy in NFL in 2024
If a quarterback is accurate that’s half the battle.
It’s all about delivering the football on the money. In 2024, no NFL quarterback showed better accuracy than new Las Vegas Raiders’ starting quarterback Geno Smith. As this recent tweet by the 33rd Team showed, Smith, while playing for the Seattle Seahawks was tied for the lowest inaccuracy rate last season at 6.7 percent in the entire NFL with Cincinnati Bengals’ star quarterback Joe Burrow:

Smith completed 70.4 percent of his passes in 2024, which was a career high and among the best in the NFL.
The Raiders are expecting a big upgrade at the quarterback position in 2025 and Smith’s accuracy ability is a primary reason why.
