Maxx Crosby receives a fine from the NFL for the second week in a row
Las Vegas Raiders star Maxx Crosby is known for his aggressive nature at the position. This is why he is loved by fans and feared by his opponents, as his motor is nonstop on the field.
Of course, aggressive behavior in today’s NFL leads to hefty fines from the league. Crosby was fined after the loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. The NFL decided to fine Crosby more, announcing penalties Saturday before their home game vs. the Denver Broncos.
Crosby was fined for taunting and unnecessary roughness in the first quarter of Week 11 vs. the Miami Dolphins. The hefty amount for the two penalties was $23,072. The Raiders star edge rusher has been fined four times during the 2024 season.
These fines won’t stop Crosby from playing with tenacity every down. It is part of his fabric as a player, and that will never change. NFL fines will keep coming, but the Raiders’ best player will continue to be himself on the football field.
